As of January 2026, Roxy Ann Veterinary Hospital entered a new chapter under the ownership of Dr. Adrian Dunbar and her family. Dr. Dunbar is honored to continue the legacy built by Dr. Starnes and his father, who established a reputation for dependable, compassionate veterinary care in Southern Oregon. During this transition, Dr. Starnes will remain at the hospital, continuing to care for patients and support a smooth handoff for long-time clients
