Owl Creek Veterinary Service

Owl Creek Veterinary Service is a full-service veterinary clinic located in Thermopolis, Wyoming that offers comprehensive companion animal, equine and livestock care to Hot Springs County. Owl Creek Veterinary Service offers a wide variety of routine medical services, including preventative medicine, emergency care and hospitalization, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, dentistry, reproductive services, herd health management and mobile veterinary services. Our clinic is equipped with a large and small animal pharmacy, in-house lab equipment, x-ray and ultrasound capabilities, a large animal room with horse stocks, an indoor squeeze chute and boarding facilities. We also work closely with other practices and diagnostic labs when specialized care is required

Our practice has been owned and operated by Dr. Kevin Dickey since 2011, who expanded into Park County in 2019 by opening a second location in Meeteetse, Wyoming called Greybull River Veterinary Service. Dr. Dickey, his wife Sherri, and four sons moved to Thermopolis in 2011 to take over an existing veterinary practice started by Dr. Katrin Kolder. That clinic is now Owl Creek Veterinary Service. In 2019, Dr. Dickey purchased Dr. Bill Gould's clinic in Meeteetse, which is now Greybull River Veterinary Service
