Dr. Leslie Elliott began in late summer 2006 as a "relief veterinarian." As the year ended and 2007 began Dr. Mays and Dr. Elliott negotiated the sale of the Mineral Wells Veterinary Clinic. On April 16, 2007 Dr. Elliott became the proud new owner of the veterinary clinic
