At Sequoyah Animal Hospital, we strive to treat each client as though they're family and each pet as if they're our own. Since 2008, we have provided the Soddy Daisy community with quality, full-service veterinary care. Our comfortable, child-friendly hospital is conveniently located next to our groomers - Sequoyah's Muddy Buddies Dog Wash - on Sequoyah Road in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee. We look forward to meeting you and your beloved companion, whether he or she is a dog, cat, rabbit, pocket pet, or even a small farm animal
Dr. Thompson founded and built Sequoyah Animal Hospital in 2008. Our practice has grown significantly and we are now a four-veterinarian, full-service hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care to dogs, cats, rabbits, pocket pets, and even the occasional small farm animal or horse. Dr. Thompson has added semen collection, artificial insemination, and freezing services to the hospital. (From Dr. Thompson's bio: she completed her undergraduate studies in Animal Science at Auburn University in 1993, earned her doctorate in veterinary medicine at the university's College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997, did relief work for local veterinary hospitals and opened her own mobile veterinary practice, joined the staff of South Rhea Animal Hospital in 2000, becoming an owner in 2005, and three years later was instrumental in the founding and building of Sequoyah Animal Hospital.)
