At the Judy and Doug Lowrie Spay and Neuter Clinic, we will offer high quality, low-cost spay and neuter services to the residents of Washington County and Johnson City. Thanks to the endless work of Tammy Davis, the Animal Control Board, and a very generous donation from Douglas and Judy Lowrie, we were able to build our 3,200 square foot addition to our already beautiful shelter. Our goal is to provide spay and neuter services to both the pets in the shelter as well as the community. We will also serve as the primary medical providers to the pets within the shelter. We plan to open to the public in November so stay tuned for more updates regarding our opening timeframe
