Since 2014, Alpha Veterinary Services has proudly provided high-quality, compassionate veterinary care for pets in Uniontown. We mostly see dogs and cats, but exotic pets are always welcome! Preventive medicine is our first line of defense, backed by skilled surgical care when it's needed. With a focus on preventative care, we help you keep your pets healthy for the long term, but also provide interventions for unexpected health issues. We offer a broad range of diagnostic care and dental care options so that your pet will feel their best for many years to come. An important part of our mission is making the cost of essential care as manageable for our clients as possible by offering several payment options

Our first Alpha Veterinary Services clinic was opened in Uniontown, PA on December 17th of 2014 by Founder, Dr. Ben Baker and Partner, Dr. Amy Nicewonger. From there, we started expanding into different areas of the Northeast region and met new Partners along the way. In 2017, we opened our doors at AVS Vet Express in Morgantown, WV where Dr. Robert Fraley joined us in Partnership. Then in 2018, we opened our third location AVS Mountainland Animal Hospital in Kingwood, WV. We take pride in providing quality health care to our patients while maintaining a comfortable and educational working environment for all employees
