Fremont Veterinary Clinic is located at 5055 NE Fremont Street in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Ross joined the Fremont team in 1992 and in 1997 he took the reigns from his predecessor, Dr. Thomas Carey. The clinic began a major remodel on March 12, 2018, adding two more exam rooms, new and improved treatment tables, a new x-ray machine, and a new reception area with more space and comfortable seating, with separate entrances and waiting areas for dogs and cats
