Dr. Carolyn Williams is a native of Pauls Valley Oklahoma. After finishing an Agricultural Economics bachelor's degree, Carolyn completed a doctorate degree from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Oklahoma State University in May 1989. Carolyn married her high school sweetheart, John in September. They designed, built, and opened Williamsburg Small Animal Hospital in 1991
