Fort Mitchell Veterinary Center is proud to serve the northern Kentucky and greater Cincinnati area. The hospital opened in 2015 and is family owned and operated. Dr. Olexia graduated from West Virginia University in 2001 with a degree in Animal and Veterinary Science, attended veterinary school at the Ohio State University and achieved his DVM in 2005; immediately following graduation he began service as a veterinarian in the US Army, initially providing veterinary services at Andrews Air Force Base then deploying to Egypt and Israel for 1 year as part of an international peace keeping force. After separating from the Army in 2008 he lived and worked in Annapolis, MD. In April 2012 he relocated to the Cincinnati area and continued to practice small animal medicine. Dr. Kellner grew up in Northern Kentucky, practiced small animal medicine in Annapolis, Maryland for 6 years, and in 2012 moved back to Kentucky. It has been Dr. Olexia's life's dream to own a veterinary practice, and Dr. Kellner is very excited to be joining her husband at the Fort Mitchell Veterinary Center to help grow the practice together
