North Central Indiana Spay & Neuter is a 501c(3) organization located at Crystal Creek Kennels. NCISN believes that euthanasia is a crime - a crime against our loving companions. Through pro-active rescue, adoption efforts and an affordable spay/neuter program, we can eliminate the use of euthanasia as a method of pet population control

Mission — NCISN is endeavoring to reduce the suffering, abandonment, and neglect of companion animals in our community, and reach a goal of no more homeless pets
