Driven by their passion for equine medicine and surgery, Dr. Bill Rood and Dr. Tom Riddle began practicing together as ambulatory veterinarians in 1982. Four years later, they opened Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital, which sits on 24 acres in the heart of the Bluegrass in Lexington, KY, as a horse referral center. With the original hospital in Lexington, KY and additional hospitals in Saratoga Springs, NY and Wellington, FL, Rood & Riddle maintains an unwavering commitment to quality, both in the care of horses and in our relationship with clients and the community
