Dr. Linda O'Donnell founded the Willowdale Veterinary Center in 1988, naming the practice after her hometown in Ontario, Canada. In 2001, she sold the business to Dr. Otte so that she and her husband Bob, a retired Jacksonville Sheriff Officer, could have time to build their own house. Dr. O'Donnell continues to serve her patients as a veterinarian
